A few notes I keep close:

• Make it work, make it right, make it small. In that order.
• If you cannot explain the seam, you do not have one yet.
• The best test reads like a sentence about behaviour.
• Delete more than you add.

I have been experimenting with short video pieces. This one is a public-domain placeholder clip while I edit my own footage, but it shows how a film sits in the feed: a responsive player that scales to the reading column.
